Nursing the Way It Should Feel

What You'll Do

  • Provide skilled nursing visits under the direction of your RN partner and the plan of care
  • Perform wound care, medication management, vital signs, and disease management
  • Teach patients and families how to manage their health at home
  • Report changes in condition to your RN partner and the care team
  • Document accurately and on time

What You'll Need

  • Active Oklahoma LPN license
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
  • Home health experience preferred, but if you have solid clinical skills and a heart for patients, we'll teach you the rest
