Bij Atrea werk je nauw samen met klanten en onze technische teams aan data, integraties, implementaties en technische probleemoplossing. Je hoeft nog geen jarenlange werkervaring te hebben. We zoeken iemand die tech-savvy, nieuwsgierig en hands-on is en praktische ervaring heeft opgedaan met SQL, API’s of data tijdens een stage, studieproject, afstudeerproject of eigen project.

Je leert ons platform en onze klanten van binnenuit kennen en ontwikkelt je stap voor stap richting het zelfstandig oppakken van integraties, implementaties en complexere technische vraagstukken.

Jouw groei bij Atrea

Je begint met het leren kennen van Atrea, onze klanten, data en integraties. Naarmate je groeit, kun je je ontwikkelen richting Technical Support & Data Analysis, Solution & Implementation of Integration Specialist.

Daarbij krijg je de mogelijkheid om steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor complexe klantoplossingen, grotere implementaties, integratieontwerp en initiatieven rondom AI en automatisering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Integraties & implementatie: Je analyseert de integratiebehoeften van klanten, configureert integraties en werkt met API’s, datamapping, imports/exports en authenticatie. Daarnaast ondersteun je bij het testen en live zetten van oplossingen.
  • Data-analyse & SQL: Je gebruikt SQL en data-analyse om datastromen te begrijpen en te onderzoeken waarom data mogelijk niet correct wordt verwerkt.
  • Technische probleemoplossing: Je onderzoekt technische problemen, analyseert data en logs, reproduceert problemen en werkt toe naar praktische oplossingen.
  • Klantcontact: Je hebt rechtstreeks contact met klanten, brengt hun behoeften en processen in kaart, legt technische bevindingen duidelijk uit en helpt bij het realiseren van oplossingen.
  • Support & change management: Je werkt aan bestaande integraties en klantvragen en neemt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid voor wijzigingen, verbeteringen en complexere technische vraagstukken.
  • AI & automatisering: Je onderzoekt praktische mogelijkheden om AI en automatisering in te zetten voor het verbeteren van repetitieve taken, analyses, documentatie en klantprocessen.

Hoe ziet je werkweek eruit?

Ongeveer 50% van je tijd besteed je aan technisch werk — zoals integraties, SQL, API’s, data-analyse en implementaties — en 50% aan klantgerichte werkzaamheden — zoals support, requirements ophalen, probleemoplossing en klantcommunicatie.

Deze verdeling verandert naarmate je kennis en verantwoordelijkheden groeien.

Wat breng je mee?

  • Recent afgestudeerd: Je hebt een opleiding afgerond in IT, Computer Science, Business IT, Information Systems, Data/Business Analytics of een vergelijkbare richting.
  • Hands-on technische ervaring: Je hebt praktische ervaring met SQL, API’s of data opgedaan tijdens een stage, studieproject, afstudeerproject, eigen project of vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Analytisch & datagedreven: Je vindt het interessant om data te begrijpen, technische problemen op te delen, oorzaken te onderzoeken en praktische oplossingen te vinden.
  • Tech-savvy & hands-on: Je maakt nieuwe systemen snel eigen en vindt het leuk om databases, integraties, logs en onbekende tools te ontdekken.
  • Klantgericht: Je voelt je comfortabel in het contact met klanten, stelt de juiste vragen en kunt technische onderwerpen duidelijk uitleggen.
  • Eigenaarschap & leergierigheid: Je bent proactief, nieuwsgierig en gemotiveerd om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor je technische werkzaamheden en klantoplossingen.
  • Interesse in AI & automatisering: Je bent geïnteresseerd in het inzetten van AI en automatisering om processen efficiënter te maken en vindt het leuk om met nieuwe tools te experimenteren.
  • Talen: Vloeiend Nederlands en Engels zijn vereist, omdat je rechtstreeks werkt met Nederlandstalige klanten en interne stakeholders.
