De Quality Control Lead is verantwoordelijk voor het waarborgen van een compliant, inspectieklare en duurzaam beheerde Quality Control organisatie. De functie verzekert effectieve kwaliteitsprocessen, people leadership, datagedreven besluitvorming en continue verbetering, met als doel een blijvende state of control en ondersteuning van de bedrijfs- en klantvereisten.

Functie

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele aansturing van de Quality Control activiteiten, inclusief werkverdeling, capaciteitsplanning, prioriteitsbeheer en opvolging van resultaten.
  • Waarborgt een compliant, inspectieklare en duurzaam beheerde Quality Control organisatie conform GMP-, klant-, interne kwaliteits- en wettelijke vereisten.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de tijdige en kwalitatieve opvolging van afwijkingen, CAPA's, change controls, risicoanalyses en trendrapporteringen binnen het QC-domein.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de operationele coördinatie van Quality Control activiteiten, externe laboratoria, QC-projecten en kwaliteitskritische processen binnen het domein.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de implementatie en borging van nieuwe QC-processen, analysemethoden, technologieën, systemen en diensten ter ondersteuning van nieuwe producten, klanten en bedrijfsvereisten binnen afgesproken kwaliteits-, compliance-, timing- en businessvereisten.
  • Identificeert verbetermogelijkheden en initieert optimalisaties op het vlak van efficiëntie, kwaliteit, doorlooptijden, kostenbeheersing, compliance en data-integriteit.
  • Analyseert kwaliteits-, microbiologische en procesdata, identificeert trends en risico's en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteracties en preventieve maatregelen.
  • Beheert relaties met QC-gerelateerde leveranciers en externe laboratoria en bewaakt de dienstverlening, kwaliteit, capaciteit en continuïteit van kritische analyses.
  • Treedt op als inhoudelijk expert voor kwaliteitscontrole en ondersteunt complexe onderzoeken, trendanalyses, afwijkingen, escalaties en inspecties.
  • Coacht, begeleidt en ontwikkelt de teamleden op technisch en operationeel vlak en ondersteunt kennisborging, samenwerking en continue verbetering binnen het team.

Profiel

  • Masteropleiding in een wetenschappelijke richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring binnen een GMP-gereguleerde kwaliteitsomgeving
  • Kennis van kwaliteitsmanagementsystemen en kwaliteitsrisicobeheer.
  • Ervaring met kwaliteitskritische processen, monitoring en continue verbetering
