The posting

Functie

  • Je stuurt onze QA Operations afdeling aan.
  • Je ondersteunt de productieafdeling door:het uitvoeren van lijncontroles en lijnvrijgave; het voorbereiden van batchdocumentatie en het uitvoeren van nacontroles; het inschatten en ondersteunen bij afwijkingen in productie, inclusief logboekcontroles.
  • Je coördineert de dagelijkse kwaliteit gerelateerd aan productiewerkzaamheden in samenwerking met de productie- en planning afdeling.
  • Je helpt bij het beheer van operationele, kwaliteit-gerelateerde instructies en procedures.
  • Je ondersteunt en leidt (op ad-hocbasis) projectmatige initiatieven.
  • Je fungeert als organisatorische back-up voor de continuïteit van de afdelingswerking.
  • Je werkt aan tijdige en conforme GMP-werkprocessen en biedt ondersteuning in productie.

Profiel

  • Je hebt ervaring in een leidinggevende functie (bij voorkeur in een GMP-productieomgeving).
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma of gelijkwaardig door ruime ervaring.
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring met verpakkingsmaterialen en artwork.
  • Je hebt ervaring met kwaliteitssystemen; ervaring met GMP is vereist, ISO 13485 is een pluspunt.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het uitvoeren van en deelnemen aan kwaliteitsaudits.
  • Je hebt goede kennis van de gebruikelijke computerapplicaties.
  • Taalkennis: Nederlands (zeer goed), Engels (zeer goed), Frans (pluspunt), Duits (pluspunt).
  • Je bent een echte people manager & motivator.
  • Je bent besluitvaardig.
  • Je weet prioriteiten te stellen en deze prioriteitstelling te bewaken.
  • Je hanteert hoge normen op het gebied van kwaliteit en integriteit.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en in staat om samen te werken met alle lagen in de organisatie.
  • Je kan denken in processen, hebt een positieve instelling en denkt in oplossingen.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig.
