Sheehan Buick GMC in Lighthouse Point is looking to hire a well qualified motivated EXPERIENCED TRANSMISSION technician. You have tried the rest- now try the Best! Sheehan Service Department is the BEST. You will experience a true expert long tenured (35 years at Sheehan) service manager/ leader. Expand your income with SHEEHAN. We provide all technicians with laptops, proper diagnostic equipment and our state of the art facility has all the special tools you need. Sheehan offers paid training towards attaining General Motors Certifications and A.S.E. certifications. We also offer Year End longevity BONUS package. Responsibilities:

- Utilize automotive diagnostic tools to identify and resolve vehicle issues - Perform diesel engine repairs and maintenance - Apply mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and repair vehicle components - Interpret schematics to guide repair processes - Engage in customer service interactions to explain repairs and recommendations

Skills:

- Competency in using hand tools for mechanical tasks - Strong automotive diagnostics skills - Mechanical aptitude for troubleshooting and repairs - Familiarity with powertrain systems - Ability to provide excellent customer service
