Identificar e adquirir novos clientes nos setores da beleza e do bem-estar, tanto presencialmente como online; Criar e implementar estratégias em conjunto com as restantes equipas para atrair novos clientes e reforçar a presença da sheerME no mercado; Gerir o pipeline de vendas, garantindo o cumprimento e a superação dos objetivos de aquisição e retenção de clientes; Estabelecer relações de confiança com os clientes, prestando apoio contínuo e assegurando a sua satisfação; Reportar regularmente o desempenho comercial, partilhar insights de mercado e identificar novas oportunidades de crescimento; Trabalhar num ambiente dinâmico de startup, assumindo múltiplas funções e contribuindo para diferentes áreas do negócio; Encarar mudanças e desafios com uma atitude focada em soluções e resultados; Ser um verdadeiro embaixador da marca sheerME, transmitindo a nossa visão e valores em todas as interações.
