What We’re Looking For…

We are seeking an part-time Ranger/Starter to join our team! This position is responsible for providing friendly, professional service and clear direction to members, residents, and guests regarding tee times, course conditions, rules of play, and club policies. This role ensures adherence to scheduled tee times, pace of play, dress code standards, and access requirements, while maintaining a positive and orderly start to each round. The Starter works closely with cart and range staff to support daily operations, assists as needed, and helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the starter area and golf course markings. Ideal candidates have a customer-focused attitude, strong communication skills, knowledge of golf etiquette, and prior experience in a golf or private club environment.
