Responsabilidades

  • Recepcionar clientes com cordialidade, proporcionando uma experiência acolhedora desde a chegada;
  • Realizar agendamentos, confirmações e remarcações de horários;
  • Efetuar atendimento presencial, por WhatsApp e telefone;
  • Organizar a agenda dos profissionais e acompanhar a pontualidade dos atendimentos;
  • Realizar abertura e fechamento de comandas, recebimentos e conferência de pagamentos;
  • Prestar informações sobre serviços, produtos e pacotes oferecidos pela empresa;
  • Apoiar na organização da recepção e garantir um ambiente agradável e bem apresentado;
  • Controlar o estoque de produtos home care, realizando conferência, organização, reposição e acompanhamento das necessidades de compra;
  • Atuar em conjunto com as equipes de atendimento para assegurar uma experiência de excelência ao cliente.

Requisitos

  • Ensino Médio completo;
  • Experiência com atendimento ao público e recepção;
  • Facilidade com sistemas de agendamento e pacote Office;
  • Boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Organização, agilidade e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Disponibilidade para trabalhar em horário comercial, incluindo sábados.

Será um diferencial

  • Experiência em salões de beleza, clínicas de estética, spas ou áreas relacionadas;
  • Vivência com vendas consultivas e atendimento de alto padrão;
  • Conhecimento em sistemas de gestão para salões de beleza.
