Buscamos profesionales con perfil en consultoría de innovación para incorporarse a proyectos relacionados con el emprendimietno. Esta convocatoria tiene carácter abierto y permanente: recibimos candidaturas de forma continua y las incorporamos a nuestra base de talento activa, a partir de la cual seleccionamos perfiles en función de las licitaciones y proyectos que vayan surgiendo.

Si tienes experiencia o formación en innovación, transformación organizacional, políticas de I+D+i, transferencia tecnológica, financiación de proyectos, emprendimiento o áreas afines, queremos conocerte.

Áreas de trabajo

Los proyectos en los que participamos pueden abarcar, entre otros, los siguientes ámbitos:

  • Consultoría estratégica en innovación para organismos públicos y empresas privadas
  • Diseño y evaluación de políticas de I+D+i a nivel regional, nacional y europeo
  • Gestión y justificación de proyectos financiados por fondo públicos (Horizon Europe, CDTI, etc.)
  • Elaboración de estudios de viabilidad y análisis de ecosistemas de innovación
  • Acompañamiento a startups en procesos de aceleración, escalado e internacionalización
  • Desarrollo de programas de formación e impulso a la cultura innovadora en organizaciones
  • Transferencia tecnológica y colaboración universidad-empresa
  • Participación en licitaciones y proyectos europeos

Formación

  • Titulación universitaria en áreas de Ingeniería, Economía, Administración de Empresas, Ciencias, Ciencias Sociales o disciplinas afines.
  • Se valorará formación de posgrado en gestión de la innovación, project management, gestión de proyectos europeos o similares

Experiencia

  • Experiencia previa en consultoría de innovación, gestión de proyectos de I+D+i, organismos de apoyo a la innovación, agencias de desarrollo o entornos similares
  • Valoramos tanto perfiles junior con potencial como perfiles senior con trayectoria consolidada
  • Experiencia en redacción de propuestas técnicas, informes, memorias o licitaciones públicas
  • Conocimiento del ecosistema de innovación español y/o europeo
  • Experiencia previa en la gestión de programas de emprendimiento

Competencias clave

  • Capacidad analítica y de síntesis
  • Habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral para la elaboración de informes técnicos y presentaciones
  • Autonomía, proactividad y capacidad de organización
  • Trabajo en equipo y orientación a resultados
  • Adaptabilidad a distintos sectores, clientes y tipologías de proyecto

Idiomas

  • Inglés Alto (de B2 en adelante, preferiblemente con certificado)
  • Otros idiomas: Se valorarán positivamente (francés, alemán, portugués, etc.)
