The posting

PF Global give advice built on deep sector expertise, underpinned by global opinion and economic research, so you can win the arguments that will decide your future.

We are oriented around the debates that will matter most to the future, where the intersection of policy, politics, and regulation will decide what happens. We will tell you honestly what is politically possible (and what is not) and then help make your case by building the research, the story and the campaign that goes with it.

You’ll work alongside colleagues with diverse skills, gain exposure to senior clients, and have real opportunities to develop your career as part of our ambitious and supportive team.

THE ROLE

As an intern, you will work across client accounts and alongside multidisciplinary teams, supporting research, analysis, and campaign delivery. You’ll quickly get exposure to the full breadth of our work - from political monitoring to stakeholder engagement and creative campaign planning. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn from leading industry experts while developing your own skills and interests.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Support account teams with day-to-day client work and project delivery.
  • Monitor political events and provide concise, insightful briefings and analysis.
  • Conduct desk-based research to inform client strategies and new business opportunities.
  • Prepare materials such as agendas, meeting notes, monthly reports, and press summaries.
  • Track and report media coverage on key issues and policies.
  • Contacting important stakeholders - including MPs, journalists, and businesses - to support campaigns and gather intelligence.
  • Contribute ideas to campaign planning and creative strategy.
  • Stay across political, business, and social trends to identify opportunities for our clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • An interest in politics, current affairs, and how change happens in society.
  • Curiosity about how businesses, policymakers, and the media interact.
  • Good research and writing skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with good interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude.
  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and a readiness to contribute ideas.

ABOUT YOU

  • Excited by how our work can deliver real change for clients.
  • Eager to learn and develop skills across research, analysis, and strategic communications.
  • Curious about current affairs, politics, and global trends.
  • Confident communicator, able to present ideas clearly and work collaboratively.
  • Creative and proactive, able to contribute new ideas to support campaigns.
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.

BENEFITS

Please note this Internship is for 6 months, with the potential to progress to a full time Analyst role.

We understand the importance of supporting our team members, especially those who are at the start of their career. As such, we offer:

  • You will be paid London Living Wage (£14.80 / hour) for a 40 hour week

  • Pension salary sacrifice scheme with 5% company contribution
  • An opportunity to learn and grow in a supportive environment

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
