Role Description

  • Oversee the end-to-end budget lifecycle, including tracking spend across partner MDF, internal campaigns, and cross-pillar initiatives.

  • Partner with data and business teams to build and maintain ROI calculators, forecasting models, and financial analyses.
  • Translate raw data into actionable insights that support strategic planning and executive decision-making.
  • Monitor budget trends, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
  • Implement and maintain tracking mechanisms, including request trackers, cost-tracking tools, and budget dashboards, to capture estimated and actual costs.
  • Provide real-time visibility into marketing investments, spend allocation, and budget utilization across teams and initiatives.
  • Ensure consistency and transparency in spend reporting across all marketing pillars.
  • Audit existing financial workflows to identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for automation.
  • Standardize documentation, approval workflows, invoicing processes, and vendor management practices.
  • Establish governance processes for budget tracking and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain executive dashboards that provide leadership with clear visibility into budget health, spend velocity, forecast accuracy, and resource allocation.
  • Deliver recurring reporting and ad hoc analyses that support operational and strategic business reviews.
  • Clearly communicate financial performance, opportunities, and risks to leadership stakeholders.

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Accurate and timely budget reconciliation and forecasting.
  • Increased visibility into marketing investments and spend allocation.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
