  • Translate marketing and customer needs into actionable feedback to support product enhancements and roadmap prioritization.
  • Partner with Content, Creative, and Digital teams to deliver a cohesive and differentiated user experience.
  • Serve as the bridge between marketing, product, and digital teams to drive alignment and execution.

Pilot Programs & Test-and-Learn Execution

  • Lead pilot initiatives to validate SHI One use cases and customer value propositions.
  • Design and execute test-and-learn programs to improve engagement, messaging, and experience design.

  • Provide insights that inform both campaign strategy and the ongoing evolution of SHI One.

Customer Insight & Experience Optimization

  • Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, campaigns, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze user behavior, engagement patterns, and drop-off points to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify gaps in the customer experience, including value delivery, user experience, content, and data, and recommend solutions.
  • Support the continued development of SHI One as a scalable and differentiated customer experience platform.

Behaviors and Competencies

  • Apply strategic thinking to connect platform initiatives with broader go-to-market objectives and business outcomes.
  • Influence and align product, marketing, and digital teams in a cross-functional, matrixed environment.
  • Interpret engagement and performance data to drive actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Execute effectively in ambiguous environments, moving initiatives from concept through pilot, iteration, and optimization.
  • Adapt quickly as product capabilities, customer needs, and business strategies evolve.

Skill Level Requirements

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
