This is a full-time position in the Bay Area.

We are a growing company that prides itself on “Providing innovative solutions that empower our clients to overcome their technical challenges, improve efficiency and drive business success." Employees should be prepared to work at the company's headquarters in the Presidio in addition to traveling to client sites as per the schedule demands.

You must have a valid CA driver’s license and must be willing to travel to client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent technical support to more than 6,000 users across 200+ client organizations.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across a wide range of technologies.
  • Communicate clearly with users and teammates, and document issues and resolutions.
  • Adapt to different client environments and take ownership of assigned work.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to provide support.
  • Participate in a one-week on-call rotation approximately every 6-8 weeks.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

  • Experience supporting Windows 10/11
  • Experience supporting Apple macOS
  • Familiarity with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory
  • Familiarity with Cloud resources (Google Drive, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace (G Suite)
  • Familiarity with ‘smart’ devices such as phones, tablets, etc.
  • Familiarity with automation and scripting such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python (bonus)
  • Knowledge of common office communication applications such as Slack or Microsoft Teams (bonus)
  • Exposure to IT ticketing system (ConnectWise Manage/PSA an extra plus)
