About the role

We are seeking an experienced CONQUAS Supervisor who holds a Certified CONQUAS Supervisor (CCQS) certification by SCAL to oversee construction workmanship quality and support CONQUAS assessments for our building construction projects in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting quality inspections, identifying workmanship defects, coordinating rectification works, and ensuring construction quality meets BCA CONQUAS assessment standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction works meet BCA CONQUAS quality and workmanship standards.
  • Monitor architectural, structural and M&E workmanship quality according to applicable assessment criteria.
  • Identify workmanship defects, non-conformances and areas requiring improvement.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, site supervisors and subcontractors on quality control and defect rectification.
  • Conduct internal pre-CONQUAS inspections and prepare work areas for official assessments.
  • Monitor architectural finishing works, including plastering, tiling, painting, doors, windows and other finishes.
  • Maintain quality inspection checklists, defect records, inspection reports, and rectification tracking.
  • Follow up on corrective actions and verify completion of rectification works.
  • Coordinate CONQUAS assessment preparation, schedules and required documentation.
  • Guide site teams and subcontractors on workmanship standards and quality improvement measures.

About you

  • Must hold Certified CONQUAS Supervisor (CCQS) certification issued by SCAL.
  • Relevant experience in construction quality control, CONQUAS inspections, or site supervision in Singapore.
  • Good knowledge of BCA CONQUAS assessment criteria and construction workmanship standards.
  • Able to identify workmanship defects and assess architectural finishing quality.
  • Familiar with construction drawings, project specifications, and quality inspection procedures.
  • Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with site teams.

Work Location: Various locations (anywhere in Singapore)
