Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Nail & Eyelash Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional nail care, nail art and eyelash services while maintaining high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform manicure, pedicure and nail enhancement services.
  • Provide nail art, nail decoration and nail extension services according to customers’ preferences.
  • Perform eyelash extension and related eyelash beauty services.
  • Consult with customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable treatments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment and the working area.
  • Ensure proper sterilisation of tools and compliance with salon hygiene standards.
  • Manage customer appointments and provide professional customer service.
  • Recommend suitable nail and eyelash care products to customers.
  • Assist with daily salon operations and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Requirements:

  • Relevant experience in nail care, nail art and eyelash extension services.
  • Good knowledge of nail and eyelash beauty techniques.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers.
  • Good customer service skills and a positive working attitude.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
  • Relevant training or certification in nail and eyelash services will be an advantage.
