Shipyard Famagusta tarafından belirlenen işletme standartları, kalite politikası ve hedefleri doğrultusunda İşletme Müdürüne teknik anlamda destek olmak ve Usta Başlarını yönetmek ve yapılan işleri denetlemek. Çeşitli boyutlardaki gemilerin tasarım, inşa, bakım ve onarımını yapmak.

Görev, Yetki ve Sorumluluklar

  • Tersane dahilinde çalıştığı süre içinde emniyetle ilgili tüm tedbirleri almak, Önce Emniyet ilkesini benimseyerek, yaptığı her harekette, emniyetli çalışma ilkelerine uygunluğu kendi kendine kontrol etmek, gördüğü yanlışlıklarda çevresindekileri uyarmak,
  • Onarım işlemleriyle ilgili olarak gereken teknik desteği vermek, bakım onarımdaki gemilerin sac ve boru değişim raporlamalarını yapmak,
  • Verilen siparişle ilgili gelen teknik çizimleri inceleyerek gerekli çıktıları almak ve Mühendise iletmek,
  • Gerekli tasarım (AutoCAD) programlarının bilgisayarda etkin durumda olmasını sağlamak,
  • Ekipman kurulumu için gerekli olan modifikasyonları belirlemek amacıyla teknik resim okuyabilen,
  • Gemi tasarımlarını ve çizimlerini yapmak,
  • Gemi inşasında kullanılan malzemeleri sınıflandırmak ve muayene etmek,
  • Gerektiğinde Mühendis talimatı ile kalite kontrol işlemlerini gerçekleştirmek,
  • İzne çıkacağında amirinin onayı ile uygun yedeklenmesini önceden belirlemek,
  • Raspa Boya, Sac Boru, Mekanik ve Elektrik Usta Başları ile yakın temasta çalışmak,
  • Ölçme ve kontrol aletlerini kullanarak doğru ve hassas ölçme ve kontrol işlemlerini yapmak,
  • Onarım veya montajı tamamlamak için gereken süreyi belirleme konusunda gemi inşaatı mühendisi ile iletişim kurmak,
  • Koruyucu gaz ve toz altı kaynak yöntemleri ile temel kaynak işlemleri yaptırmak,
  • Amirinin verdiği diğer görevleri yerine getirmek.

Genel Nitelikler

  • Üniversite veya Yüksekokuldan Gemi Yapımı/İnşa veya Kaynak Teknolojisi ile ilgili bölümden mezun olmak,
  • Ağır sanayi, fabrika, gemi inşa sektöründeki işletmelerde çelik/teçhiz, imalat ve montaj işlerinde en az 3 yıl tecrübeli,
  • Orta derece veya üzeri İngilizce bilen,
  • MS Office programlarını iyi derecede kullanabilen,
  • Ekip çalışmasına, yoğun çalışma temposuna ve esnek çalışma saatlerine uyabilecek,
  • Üniversite mezunu olmak. Bölüm: İletişim, İşletme veya benzeri,
  • İyi derecede AutoCAD ve MS Office programlarını.
  • Teknik resim okuyabilen,
  • Erkek adaylar için askerliğini tamamlamış.
