Deine Aufgaben Bei uns geht es nicht um stumpfes Kommissionieren, sondern um Organisation, Überblick und Mitdenken:

  • Warenbereitstellung & Kommissionierung Du stellst Textilien und Materialien strukturiert für unsere Druck- und Produktionsbereiche bereit und sorgst dafür, dass alles zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort ist.
  • Wareneingang & Qualitätsprüfung Annahme, Erfassung, Kontrolle und Einlagerung von Waren inkl. Qualitätscheck – du erkennst, wenn etwas nicht passt.
  • Bestandskontrolle & Inventuren Du behältst Lagerbestände im Blick, führst regelmäßige Kontrollen durch und unterstützt bei Inventuren.
  • Bestandsplanung & Nachbestellungen Du arbeitest aktiv mit Mindestbeständen, denkst voraus und löst eigenständig Nachbestellungen bei Lieferanten aus.
  • Retouren- & Lieferantenabwicklung Organisation und Abwicklung von Rücksendungen an Hersteller und Großhändler.
  • Abstimmung im Team Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionsleitung und Customer Service – klare Kommunikation ist hier entscheidend.

Ihr Profil

Das bringst du mit Wir suchen keinen reinen Kommissionierer, sondern jemanden, der organisieren, kommunizieren und Verantwortung übernehmen möchte:

  • Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, Großhandel, Lager oder E-Commerce (z. B. Warenwirtschaft, Lagerorganisation, Wareneingang, Verkauf mit Lagerbezug)
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift – du kommunizierst sicher mit Kollegen und Lieferanten
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Du erkennst Aufgaben, bevor sie liegen bleiben
  • Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Teamfähigkeit, Eigenverantwortung und Lust, Prozesse zu verbessern
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit
  • Grundverständnis für E-Commerce, Warenflüsse oder Textilien ist ein Plus – kein Muss
