  • Ensure RFID enabled inventory and barcode tracked products are properly configured systematically and available within designated physical storage locations and procedural areas.
  • Communicate critical supply issues, delivery delays, and operational risks to clinical staff and leaders to support continuity of patient care.
  • Replenish inventory locations, procedural storage areas, and RFID cabinets in accordance with established par levels and system requirements.
  • Support contract conversions through SAP cart profile maintenance, Tecsys system configuration, item setup, cabinet assignments, and coordination of physical product transitions.
  • Execute cycle counts, inventory audits, expiration reviews, and inventory reconciliations to maintain inventory accuracy, reduce waste, and support regulatory compliance.
  • Manage product recalls by locating affected inventory, removing impacted products, and coordinating follow up activities to minimize patient safety risks.
  • Monitor consignment inventory programs, vendor replenishment activities, bill and replace processes, and reconciliation reporting to ensure financial accuracy and product availability.
  • Verify the functionality and operational readiness of Tecsys hardware, RFID cabinets, scanners, and related technologies, escalating technical issues as required to Tecsys Service and Support..
  • Maintain SAP cart profile data and support item master maintenance activities to ensure accurate integration between SAP, Tecsys, and Epic systems.
  • Identify and report pricing, unit of measure, contract, and system data discrepancies, coordinating resolution with Data Management, Contracts, and Information Technology teams.
  • Provide front line Point of Use system support to clinical staff, assisting with scanning issues, workflow questions, and operational troubleshooting.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
