About the Role

ShopMy is growing in Europe, and we’re building the team on the ground. As Senior Associate, Strategic Business Development & Partnerships, you’ll work directly with our European lead to bring ShopMy to the region’s top brands and creators. You’ll own the day-to-day work behind our growth, from brand events and activations to creator outreach and partnership coordination, so we can scale faster across the market.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take real work off a busy leader’s plate without needing much guidance. You’re highly organized, obsessed with details, and comfortable representing ShopMy in the room with brands and creators. The role is London-based and remote-first: we don’t have a London office yet, so you’ll need to stay motivated and organized without a team around you every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Events & Activations: Plan and run ShopMy’s events across Europe from start to finish, including brand partner events, sponsored activations, and our own events like supper clubs and creator dinners. You’ll own vendors, guest lists, RSVPs, invitations, run-of-show and on-site logistics.
  • Creator Outreach: Find and reach out to creators. Handle the back-and-forth of setting up meetings, coffees and demos, and keep creator relationships moving.
  • Brand Partnership Support: Join brand meetings, lunches and dinners with our Europe lead. Prepare briefing materials, capture follow-ups, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Pipeline & Follow-Through: Track brand and creator conversations, keep records organized, and keep timelines and deliverables on track.
  • Research & Insights: Map the European brand and creator landscape: who to prioritize, what’s happening in each market, and where ShopMy can win.
  • Operations & Admin: Manage the day-to-day, including scheduling, travel, internal updates and recaps. Build simple systems that help a small team scale.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with ShopMy’s New York teams across time zones to keep Europe’s priorities aligned with the wider business.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in management consulting, project-led roles, fashion, beauty, PR, events, or a high-growth tech company. We care more about how you work than where you’ve worked.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. When you own something, it gets done.
  • Strong project management skills: you can juggle many workstreams, set priorities and move them forward at the same time.
  • Experience planning or supporting events, activations or client-facing programs.
  • A polished, warm communicator who is comfortable representing ShopMy in person with brands and creators.
  • A true self-starter who takes ownership and moves work forward independently in a remote-first setup.
  • Motivated by building ShopMy’s presence in the region, not your own personal network.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast pace. Open to occasional evening events, travel across Europe, and calls with our New York team.
  • Curious about where creators, brands and commerce meet.

Bonus Points

  • A background in management consulting or other project-led work.
  • Familiarity with the European fashion, beauty and creator landscape.
  • Additional European languages.

The provided salary range is base salary, exclusive of bonus potential or commission, and is a good faith estimate of cash compensation.
