The posting

What is Shotgun?

Shotgun is a leading platform dedicated to empowering live music event organizers and touring artists, driving the future of the live music industry. Our mission is to build the infrastructure that enables live music to thrive.

We provide powerful tools to sell tickets, build strong brands, and connect with fans in meaningful ways. From 2020 to 2025, Shotgun achieved rapid growth with GMV increasing 25× and revenue growing 40× - leading the company to profitability. Today, we support more than 10,000 clients and engage over 8,000,000 users across Europe, the US, and LATAM.

In the past seven years, Shotgun has raised €10M from Newfund, Venrex, One RagTime, Creator Collective, and BPI Culture Fund. We are a lean and dynamic team of 110 people, with offices in Paris, Miami, São Paulo, Lisbon, and Marseille. Our culture is built on passion, commitment, ownership, and humility.

Shotgun in Belgium

Shotgun is now opening Belgium, starting from Brussels. Over the past months, we have met the local scene, signed our first venues and collectives, and built partnerships with key players of the nightlife ecosystem. A Brussels office opens in December 2026.

So far, this expansion has focused on the French-speaking side of the scene. Belgium has two scenes. Dutch-speaking organizers, serving a Dutch-speaking audience, account for a large part of what happens in Brussels and across Flanders, and reaching them properly requires someone who works in their language and knows their market from the inside

This newly created role will open the Dutch-speaking scene for Shotgun. You will report to the Territory Lead North France, who leads the Belgian expansion, and work closely with the Sales, Account Management, Marketing and Product teams.

The Role

As Shotgun grows, so does our ambition. We're branching out into new territories, inaugurating fresh ventures, and, in the process, assembling new teams. Our pathway to success lies in our analytical rigor and exhaustive exploration of every opportunity.

What you will do

  • Open the Dutch-speaking scene: map the key players (clubs, collectives, venues, festivals, promoters, booking agencies, artist managers) in Brussels and Flanders, and prioritize who to go after first.
  • Sign new organizers: run the full sales cycle, from first meeting to signature — qualification, demo, commercial offer, negotiation and closing. Most targets already work with another ticketing platform: you know how to make them switch.
  • Be Shotgun's face locally: represent Shotgun at events, meetings and industry moments, and adapt our story to the Flemish scene so that we are seen as a partner who invests in it for the long term.
  • Build partnerships: work with local hubs, institutions and media that can amplify our presence and bring us in front of the right organizers.
  • Set up a smooth start: hand over signed accounts to our Account Management team and stay involved in the first events to make sure the launch goes well.
  • Bring the field back to the team: share what the Dutch-speaking scene needs with Product (including the Dutch version of our app and organizer tools) and Marketing (local campaigns, partners, content).
  • Own your pipeline: track your opportunities in HubSpot and report on your progress against your growth objectives.

The job is for you if

  • 🇧🇪 You work comfortably in English. French is a real plus.
  • 🪩 You are well connected to the live music and nightlife scene in Flanders and Brussels: organizers, collectives, venues, artists know you and trust you.
  • 🤝 You have solid experience in business development or sales, with a track record of signing deals and negotiating with demanding partners.
  • 🧠 You are senior enough to work autonomously on a new market: you set your priorities, build your own pipeline and don't need daily guidance.
  • 🎧 You have experience in music tech or ticketing — not mandatory, but a strong plus.
  • 🚀 You enjoy building from scratch, and you're excited to be one of the first Shotgun people in Belgium.
  • 🚗 You're happy to travel regularly across Flanders, and occasionally to Paris.
  • 👪 Note to women and underrepresented groups: We value diversity because it’s essential for creativity and healthy growth. If you don’t meet 100% of the requirements but are excited by this role, please apply 🙏

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
