Job Description

Shriners Children’s Chicago is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Pediatric Orthopedic Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team on a per diem basis. This role offers a unique blend of outpatient clinic care, inpatient support, and occasional operating room first assist responsibilities while working alongside a multidisciplinary pediatric orthopedic team committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

The APP will provide comprehensive outpatient management for pediatric orthopedic patients, caring for a wide range of conditions including fractures, scoliosis, kyphosis, complex spinal deformities, sports injuries, neuromuscular disorders, hip dysplasia, clubfoot, limb length discrepancies, developmental conditions, and other general pediatric orthopedic concerns.

Clinical responsibilities will include a combination of independent patient visits and tandem clinics alongside orthopedic surgeons, providing an ideal balance of autonomous practice and collaborative care. Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
