The MSPAS program prepares future physician associates to provide compassionate, respectful, high-quality health care through a student-centered curriculum that emphasizes primary care, collaborative practice, hands-on learning, and clinical integration. Students learn in small, in-person classes and state-of-the-art medical skills labs while developing the knowledge and competencies needed for professional practice. Adjunct Instructors will support teaching and related academic activities during the didactic phase of the MSPAS program, based on their professional expertise and the needs of the program. Physicians, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs), and other licensed health care professionals with relevant teaching experience are also encouraged to apply. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to contribute effectively in a highly interactive learning environment that emphasizes collaborative teaching, faculty-student engagement, and clinical integration.
The successful candidate will foster a collegial and supportive environment that reflects the University’s mission and values and enables all members of the community to thrive and succeed.
