אנחנו מחפשים QA Team Lead לתפקיד המשלב ניהול אנשים, הובלה מקצועית ואחריות כוללת על איכות ותהליכי הבדיקות, בסביבה טכנולוגית מורכבת ומרובת ממשקים.

המשרה הינה זמנית, לצורך החלפה בתקופת היעדרות.

מה עושים בתפקיד?

  • ניהול שוטף של הצוות, הצבת יעדים, חלוקת משימות, תעדוף, ניהול עומסים ומעקב אחר ביצוע
  • אחריות מקצועית כוללת על תהליכי הבדיקות ואיכות התוצרים, לרבות הגדרת מתודולוגיה ושיטות לפיתוח תהליכי אוטומציה
  • הובלת תכנון הבדיקות ותהליכי End-to-End במערכות ליבה מורכבות
  • הובלה והכוונה מקצועית של תחומי הבדיקות הידניות והאוטומציה, תוך ראייה כוללת של צורכי המערכת והפרויקטים
  • בניית תוכניות עבודה ותעדוף המשימות בהתאם לצרכים העסקיים והטכנולוגיים מול הגורמים העסקיים
  • ניהול ממשקי עבודה שוטפים עם פיתוח, ניתוח מערכות, ניהול פרויקטים וגורמים עסקיים
  • ניהול תהליכי גיוס וקליטה בשיתוףHR לצד ניהול, פיתוח ושימור עובדי הצוות
  • קידום תהליכי עבודה, מתודולוגיות ושיפור מתמיד של איכות הבדיקות

Requirements

  • לפחות 3 שנות ניסיון בניהול צוות QA
  • ניסיון מקצועי קודם כבודק.ת תוכנה והיכרות מעמיקה עם עולם הבדיקות
  • היכרות טובה עם עולם האוטומציה ויכולת לנהל ולהכווין מקצועית מפתחי אוטומציה
  • ניסיון בניהול צוות בסביבה טכנולוגית מורכבת ומרובת מערכות וממשקים
  • הבנה מקצועית טובה של מתודולוגיות ותהליכי QA, לרבות תכנון בדיקות, בדיקות מערכת ותהליכי End-to-End
  • היכרות עם סביבת עבודה הכוללת מערכות Client-Server, WEB, API ובסיסי נתונים
  • היכרות עם כלי וטכנולוגיות מעולמות הבדיקות והאוטומציה, כגון Postman, Selenium, Python, Java ו-JavaScript
  • ניסיון בניהול תוכניות עבודה, תעדוף משימות ועבודה במקביל על מספר פרויקטים
  • יכולת ניהול והנעת עובדים, ראייה מערכתית, קבלת החלטות ויכולת עבודה מול מגוון ממשקים
