shyftplan ist die All-in-One-Lösung zur Schichtplanung für Industriekunden. Unsere Software vereinfacht komplexe Personaleinsatzplanung, senkt Kosten und bindet Mitarbeitende aktiv mit ein. Wir arbeiten mit namhaften Industrie-Playern wie B. Braun, Omterra und Haribo und haben das Ziel, Marktführer in Deutschland zu werden.

Mit dem Einstieg unseres Investors Maguar, spezialisiert auf B2B-Software mit 600 Mio. € AUM, und der kürzlichen Übernahme von ScableOne erweitern wir unser Spielfeld deutlich: Wir bauen eine ganzheitliche Plattform für Menschen in der Fabrik auf: Workforce Management, Shopfloor-Execution, Qualifikationsentwicklung und strategische Personalplanung. Damit wir dieses Wachstum weiter gestalten können, suchen wir einen Account Director (m/w/d):

  • Du bist strategische/r Ansprechpartner/in für namhafte Tier-1-Unternehmen der deutschen Industrie und pflegst eine vertrauensvolle Partnerschaft auf Werks-, Produktions-, HR- und IT-Ebene.
  • Du entwickelst aus Kundenbedürfnissen konkrete Cross- und Upsell-Strategien und bringst sie eigenständig zum Abschluss.
  • Du schreibst keine Pläne für die Schublade: Deine Key-Account-Strategien werden gelebt, nachgehalten und weiterentwickelt.
  • Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen Sales, Projektteam und Account Management – und sorgst dafür, dass der Kunde davon nichts merkt, außer dass alles einfach funktioniert.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit dem Leadership-Team zusammen, das bereits Wachstum bei global führenden Tech-, Digital- und Beratungshäusern verantwortet.

Dein Profil

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Enterprise-Umfeld, idealerweise im SaaS-, Software oder IT-Bereich
  • Vertriebsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit starkem strategischem Denkvermögen
  • Hohe Software-Affinität und ein gutes Verständnis für digitale Transformationsprojekte
  • Kommunikations- und Präsentationsstärke auf C-Level Ebene
  • Freude daran, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und Erfolge gemeinsam mit dem Team zu gestalten
  • Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und fließend Englisch
