Jouw rol als werk student Sales

Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) Werkstudent maak je deel uit van ons Sales-team: de motor van onze groei. Je werkt nauw samen met onze ervaren sales-professionals. Dit is niet zomaar een bijbaan; we zien dit als onze eigen talent pool. Doe je het goed? Dan zijn er volop mogelijkheden om na je studie door te groeien binnen Shypple.

Wat ga je doen? Jouw belangrijkste doel is het binnenhalen van nieuwe leads. Je bent de eerste schakel in ons verkoopproces en verantwoordelijk voor:

  • Leadgeneratie: het vinden en benaderen van potentiële klanten (bijv. via e-mail, telefoon, LinkedIn);
  • Leadkwalificatie: bepalen of een lead past bij het product of de dienst (budget, behoefte, beslissingsbevoegdheid, timing);
  • Eerste contact leggen: interesse wekken en het probleem van de prospect begrijpen;
  • Afspraken inplannen: gekwalificeerde leads doorzetten naar een sales collega;
  • CRM bijhouden: alle interacties en informatie correct vastleggen;
  • Samenwerken met marketing en sales: feedback geven over lead kwaliteit en campagnes.

Wat jij meebrengt

Wij zoeken een ambitieuze student (bij voorkeur laatstejaars) die commerciële meters wil maken. Je studeert bijvoorbeeld Commerciële Economie, International Business of Communicatie (HBO/WO/MBO), maar je mindset is voor ons belangrijker dan je studierichting.

  • Je bent een echte aanpakker en durft de telefoon te pakken;
  • Je bent minimaal 16 tot 32 uur per week beschikbaar (verspreid over 2 tot 4 dagen);
  • Je bent voor een langere periode (minimaal 1 jaar) op zoek naar een bijbaan;
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend;
  • Je bent competitief ingesteld, maar ook een teamplayer.
