岗位职责

1．从事创新业务开展，为高净值客户提供综合金融服务；

2．从事客户营销、产品销售等工作，根据公司要求实施投资者适当性管理，落实投资者教育等各项工作，按时完成营业部下达的绩效考核指标；

3．根据公司要求实施投资者适当性管理，落实投资者教育等各项工作；

4．根据公司规定开展业务推广，受理客户业务办理需求，并协助客户掌握公司各项业务办理流程；

5．负责为客户综合理财服务，负责协助参与投资报告会、理财讲座等投资者教育活动；

6．负责根据公司要求合规开展投资咨询服务产品推广工作；

7. 负责收集反馈客户需求，为公司提供业务及服务需求；

8．负责建立并完善客户档案，收集并反馈客户需求信息，落实并处置客户投诉回访等工作；

9. 协助落实投资者适当性管理、反洗钱等各项合规风控工作。

10．完成上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求

基本要求：

1、具备经济、金融、营销相关专业本科以上学历水平或同等学历，具有一般证券从业资格，条件特别优秀者可适当放宽标准；

2、1年以上从事银行、证券、保险等相关行业营销工作经验；

3、良好的职业道德、敬业精神和工作责任感。

4、业务要求：

1、具备专业知识和较高的政策和业务水平；

2、具备良好的协调、沟通能力以及文字表达能力；

3、具有很好的口头表达能力和感染力；

4、具备较强的责任感，勤奋踏实，能承受一定的工作压力，具有良好的沟通协调能力、执行力和学习能力；

5、认同公司企业文化与价值观，有较强的风险意识，热爱证券经纪事业，具备从事证券营销工作所必需的知识和技能。
