Nr. 40003142793), viens no vadošajiem profesionālo pakalpojumu uzņēmumiem Latvijā un pasaulē, paplašina savu nodokļu konsultāciju komandu un aicina pievienoties Vecāko nodokļu konsultantu/-i!

PIENĀKUMI:

  • Projektu vadītāja pārraudzībā konsultēt klientus par Latvijas un starptautisko nodokļu piemērošanas jautājumiem.
  • Patstāvīgi veikt uzņēmumu ienākuma nodokļa (UIN) izvērtēšanu un sagatavot argumentētus atzinumus, memorandus un konsultāciju materiālus latviešu un angļu valodā.
  • Projektu vadītāja pārraudzībā veikt nodokļu padziļinātās pārbaudes projektus (ar uzsvaru uz UIN) — analizēt līgumus, korporatīvos dokumentus, finanšu informāciju, nodokļu deklarācijas un citus klientu dokumentus, identificējot potenciālos nodokļu riskus.
  • Izmantot mūsdienīgus tehnoloģiskos risinājumus, tai skaitā mākslīgā intelekta rīkus, dokumentu analīzei, informācijas apkopošanai un secinājumu sagatavošanai.
  • Patstāvīgi formulēt secinājumus par nodokļu piemērošanu un sagatavot rekomendācijas klientiem.
  • Piedalīties restrukturizācijas, reorganizācijas un uzņēmumu grupu strukturēšanas projektos, izvērtējot to nodokļu sekas.
  • Sagatavot viedokļus un uzziņu pieprasījumus Valsts ieņēmumu dienestam.
  • Sekot līdzi izmaiņām Latvijas, ES un starptautiskajā nodokļu regulējumā.
  • Atbalstīt un apmācīt jaunākos komandas dalībniekus, daloties pieredzē un profesionālajās zināšanās.
  • Sadarboties ar citu jomu speciālistiem un iesaistīties starptautiskos klientu projektos.
