Zvanu centra operatorus - var būt bez pieredzes

Galvenie pienākumi:

  • izejošo zvanu veikšana savā dzimtajā valodā pēc uzņēmuma datu bāzes tikai esošajiem klientiem;
  • pasūtījumu ievadīšana sistēmā, ja lieto datoru vai noformēšana uz papīra, ja nelieto datoru;
  • vienošanās ar klientiem par piegādes dienu;
  • sniegt nepieciešamo informāciju klientiem par precēm un produktiem (plašāka informācija par precēm pieejama: www.tv-shop.lv)

Nepieciešamās zināšanas:

  • vēlme pelnīt daudz;
  • precizitāte, atbildības sajūta, dzīvespriecīga personība;
  • pacietība un labas saskarsmes prasmes pa telefonu;
  • visu pārējo mēs īsā laikā iemācīsim.
