Als Produktionsplaner (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle zwischen Produktion, Vertrieb, Customer Service und weiteren Schnittstellen. Sie sorgen dafür, dass Kundenbedarfe in realistische und effiziente Produktionspläne übersetzt und zuverlässig umgesetzt werden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie erstellen, steuern und überwachen kurz- und mittelfristige Produktionspläne und stellen eine bedarfsgerechte Versorgung unserer Kunden sicher.
  • Sie übersetzen Forecasts und Kundenaufträge in konkrete Produktionsbedarfe und priorisieren Produktionsaufträge.
  • Sie berücksichtigen dabei Material- und Rohstoffverfügbarkeit, Lagerbestände, Anlagenkapazitäten und verfügbare Ressourcen.
  • Sie verfolgen die operative Umsetzung der Produktionsplanung und reagieren auf Abweichungen, Engpässe und kurzfristige Bedarfsänderungen.
  • Sie stimmen sich regelmäßig mit Produktion, Vertrieb, Customer Service und weiteren relevanten Bereichen ab.
  • Sie analysieren Bestände, Reichweiten, Kapazitäten und Produktionsdaten und leiten geeignete Maßnahmen zur Optimierung ab.
  • Sie unterstützen die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Planungs- und Produktionsprozesse und tragen zu einer hohen Lieferfähigkeit und Standortproduktivität bei.

Über Sie:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung mit entsprechender Weiterbildung, Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige praktische Erfahrung in der Produktionsplanung bzw. Produktionssteuerung eines produzierenden Unternehmens
  • Sehr gutes Verständnis für die Zusammenhänge zwischen Kundenbedarf, Produktionsprogramm, Materialverfügbarkeit, Beständen und Kapazitäten
  • Gute ERP-Kenntnisse; Erfahrung mit SAP, insbesondere SAP PP, ist von Vorteil
  • Erfahrung mit Produktionsaufträgen, Bedarfsplanung/MRP, Terminierung und Kapazitätsplanung ist wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Excel und die Fähigkeit, Produktions- und Planungsdaten strukturiert auszuwerten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der bereichsübergreifenden Zusammenarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
