Sibelco ist ein weltweit führendes Unternehmen für Rohstofflösungen. Wir suchen eine/n engagierte/n Teamplayer/in, der/die in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sustainability Team die Aufgaben der lokalen Abteilung für Nachhaltigkeit bearbeitet, koordiniert und unterstützt sowie eine aktive Rolle bei der Umsetzung und Ausrichtung unserer mittel- und langfristigen Nachhaltigkeitsziele übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben:

· Überwachung, Unterstützung und Durchführung von Umwelt- und Genehmigungsverfahren

· Koordination von Rekultivierungsmaßnahmen

· Mitwirkung bei Verwaltung und Management von Land- und Vermögenswerten

· Implementierung von Richtlinien, Vorschriften und Strategien der Abteilung Corporate Sustainability

· Unterstützung des Sustainability Managers bei der proaktiven Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Gemeinden sowie den wichtigsten Stakeholdern

· Entwicklung und Unterstützung von Initiativen zur Sicherung und Verbesserung der positiven Wahrnehmung des Unternehmens in der Öffentlichkeit und durch die Stakeholder

Über Sie:

· Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Bezug zu Umweltmanagement, Geografie, Bergwesen, Verwaltungsrecht oder vergleichbarer Fachrichtung

· Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Nachhaltigkeit, Umweltschutz oder Genehmigungsmanagement – auch Berufseinsteiger erhalten eine Chance

· Interesse und Lernbereitschaft in den Bereichen Umwelt- und Naturschutz sowie Bergrecht und Genehmigungsverfahren

· Grundkenntnisse in GIS und Berichtssystemen von Vorteil

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

· Strukturierte, organisierte und analytische Arbeitsweise

· Hohes Engagement, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit, Reisebereitschaft

· Gute Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
