The posting

SIBIOS spécialiste dans l'Industrie 4.0 recherche un Chef de Projet EIA Senior ( Electricité Instrument et Automatisme ) avec minimum 10 á 15 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projet neuf ou MOE de projets industriels pour le site de notre client final.

Le chef de projet EIA Electricité, Instrumentation et Automatisme a pour mission de piloter son portfolio de projets composé de 2 projets allant jusqu'à 3 M€ dont un programme à fort enjeu comportant plusieurs projets contributifs :

- Programme de développement et déploiement système de contrôle commande, développement applicatif N3 du du système MES, infrastructure système et réseau,

- D'en assurer la maîtrise d'œuvre de la phase initiale de qualification du besoin jusqu'à la phase de

réception des ouvrages.

Les domaines techniques des projets sont :

- Les réseaux électriques industriels BT et HTA

- Les systèmes OT de niveaux 0 à 2 comprenant les capteurs, les automates et les supervisions

- Les réseaux LAN.

Le consultant EIA devra définir le cadre organisationnel, du processus et des standards du programme.

- Manager le planning, des coûts et des risques du programme

- Réaliser la coordination des activités du programme avec les chefs de projet

- Réaliser le reporting vers les parties prenantes

- Animer et piloter la gouvernance du programme

- Piloter les activités de l'équipe via la comitologie du programme

- Piloter et définir avec les équipes les activités projets nécessaires à l'exploitation et la

maintenance futures

Structure les projets de son portfolio en définissant les ressources nécessaires, leur planning,

leurs budgets Capex et Opex, leur allotissement

- Anime les réunions (Copil, Coproj, Kick-off) des équipes intégrées de projet composées des

différentes parties prenantes (achat, production, maintenance, sécurité, fournisseurs)

Réalise le reporting des projets de son portfolio (coût, qualité, planning, risques)

- Rédige et présente les solutions de son portfolio à la direction durant la phase d'avant-projet, phase d'exécution et go-live.

Le consultant EIA doit avoir un bon esprit de synthèse, capacité à définir et à synthétiser les besoins, les enjeux, les risques et les différentes orientations techniques d'un projet.

Une bonne compétence rédactionnelle, aisance relationnelle ainsi que des connaissances approfondies en conception des réseaux électriques BT / HTA (NF C 15100 /

NF C 18510), des systèmes de contrôle-commande (API, SCADA) et expérience significative sur des projets d'automatisme.

Capacité à animer et piloter un groupe de travail pour définir les besoins fonctionnels

Capacité à mener une étude de préfaisabilité (définition des différentes orientations techniques,

des budgets, du planning) ainsi qu'une Capacité à mener une FAT/SAT.
