The posting

Les objectifs de la mission sont de mener à bien les projets qui seront confiés par le responsable du pôle pilotage de projet (PMO), depuis le cadrage du besoin et les études préalables jusquau déploiement de la solution (VSR).

Les activités à mener peuvent varier dun projet à un autre mais adressent tout ou partie du scope suivant :

  • Accompagner le client (interne) dans la formalisation et la définition de son besoin, et détecter le cas échéant de nouveaux besoins,
  • Rédaction de cahier des charges (SFG, SFD) et dappel doffres en collaboration avec le service achats.
  • Rédaction des spécifications et de la documentation fonctionnelle,
  • Recherche de solutions techniques, et prototypage si besoin,
  • Sourcing de prestataires et recueil des devis auprès des prestataires (RFI/RFP),
  • Identifier et proposer les arbitrages techniques comme fonctionnels éventuellement nécessaires,
  • Identifier et calibrer les ressources nécessaires à la réalisation du projet,
  • Piloter le projet en constituant, organisant et animant léquipe projet selon le cahier des charges : Coordination et suivi de projet, reporting projet, structuration et animation des instances projet, suivi des risques, des livrables, du budget, des plannings dans le respect des procédures internes,
  • Organiser, préparer, exécuter les scénarios de recette logicielle comme matérielle,
  • Livrer le projet au niveau de qualité attendu par le client,
  • Organiser et effectuer le passage en maintenance.  Les projets consistent principalement à la mise en place ou au remplacement de solutions logicielles ou techniques (ex : vidéosurveillance Usine et sécurisation accueil, digitalisation des outils papier, déploiement réseau fibre optique usine, outils RH, etc), et plus marginalement à la conception dapplications métiers.

Compétences requises

  • Pilotage de projets de mise en œuvre ou amélioration de solutions technologiques, avec de préférence une expérience en environnement industriel,
  • Analyse et spécifications des besoins entre les équipes métiers et techniques,
  • Structuration, Planification des projets et de leurs tâches, de la conception à la mise en œuvre,
  • Animation, Organisation dAteliers,
  • Conduite du changement (procédures, modes opératoires, formation),
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets de différentes dimensions en parallèle (important).

  • Connaissance des systèmes d'informations et de leurs architectures, y compris OT
  • Outils : M365, outils de pilotage projets
  • Réseaux LAN/WAN, Systèmes, Virtualisation, Sécurité des SI, Bases de données,
