Ihre Aufgaben

  • Dynamische Sicherheit: Sie bauen Beziehungen zu den eingewiesenen Personen auf, erkennen Spannungen frühzeitig und deeskalieren proaktiv
  • Alltagsstruktur: Sie leiten den Tagesablauf (Zuführungen, Besuche, Spaziergang, Verpflegung und vieles mehr) sicher, konsequent und respektvoll
  • Teamarbeit: Sie dokumentieren präzise und arbeiten eng mit internen und teilweise externen Fachstellen zusammen

Ihr Profil

  • Basis: Abgeschlossene Berufslehre (EFZ); Bereitschaft zur späteren Ausbildung Fachfrau/\-mann Justizvollzug
  • Persönlichkeit: Psychisch belastbar, physisch fit, kommunikativ und deeskalationsstark
  • Eigenschaften: Hohe Sozialkompetenz, stilsicheres Deutsch, gute ösischkenntnisse (weitere Sprachen von Vorteil) und IT\-Affinität
  • Flexibilität: Schicht\-, \- und Wochenenddienst ist für Sie kein Problem
  • Führungszeugnis: Ein einwandfreier Strafregisterauszug wird vorausgesetzt

Über das Amt für Justizvollzug

Das Amt für Justizvollzug (AJV) ist mit rund 1000 Mitarbeitenden innerhalb der Sicherheitsdirektion des Kantons Bern (SID) für den offenen und geschlossenen Straf\- und Massnahmenvollzug an Erwachsenen und Jugendlichen verantwortlich. Um diese Aufgabe zu erfüllen, stehen dem Amt vier konkordatliche Justizvollzugsanstalten, vier Regionalgefängnisse, die Bewachungsstation am Inselspital, die Haftleitstelle sowie die Bewährungs\- und Vollzugsdienste zur Verfügung.
