Oportunidade para atuar como Assessor de Relacionamento na Central de Relacionamento de Negócios.Estamos em busca de um profissional para atuar na construção e evolução da estratégia de Experiência do Associado (CX), contribuindo para a identificação de oportunidades de melhoria, otimização de jornadas e fortalecimento da cultura centrada no associado.Não perca essa oportunidade!Responsabilidades e atribuições Monitorar e analisar indicadores de experiência do associado, incluindo NPS Relacional, NPS Transacional, NPS de Gerentes de Negócios, TMR, reclamações e manifestações de Ouvidoria.Construir e manter painéis e relatórios de acompanhamento dos indicadores de experiência.Elaborar diagnósticos e análises de causa-raiz dos principais temas identificados na jornada do associado.Mapear, redesenhar e otimizar jornadas, identificando fricções e oportunidades de melhoria.Identificar oportunidades de simplificação de processos, políticas e fluxos de trabalho.Organizar, priorizar e acompanhar backlog de melhorias relacionadas à experiência do associado.Desenvolver e acompanhar planos de ação e recuperação da experiência, incluindo ações voltadas a detratores.Propor e acompanhar ações corretivas e preventivas para redução de recorrências e mitigação de riscos reputacionais.Conduzir projetos e iniciativas de melhoria contínua e transformação da experiência do associado.Mobilizar e apoiar squads multidisciplinares na implementação de melhorias e soluções.Realizar a gestão da mudança junto às áreas e agências, apoiando a adoção das iniciativas implementadas.Acompanhar a efetividade, os resultados e os impactos das melhorias realizadas, promovendo evoluções contínuas.Realizar ações de comunicação, capacitação e engajamento relacionadas à cultura de Experiência do Associado (CX).Atuar como representante da voz do associado, garantindo que suas necessidades e percepções sejam consideradas nas decisões e estratégias da cooperativa.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação em nível superior concluída. Diferencial ter Pós-graduação em Experiência do Cliente (CX), Gestão de Processos, Gestão de Projetos, Dados, Inovação ou áreas afins.Ter vivência em mapeamento e melhoria de jornadas do cliente, atuação em projetos de melhoria contínua e experiência do associado.Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados e construção de dashboards (Power BI, Excel ou similares)Informações adicionaisSalário compatível com o mercado;Vale alimentação/refeição;Plano de saúde e odontológico;Remuneração variável;Previdência privada;Auxílio creche;Gympass;Dentre outros benefícios.
