Venha construir novos caminhos com a Sicredi Campo Grande MS/GO.📌 Campo Grande/MSResponsabilidades e atribuiçõesTem como objetivo gerir de forma eficiente e padronizada as atividades de apoio operacional, administrativo e de processamento dos produtos e serviços negociados nas agências, visando a otimização dos processos e o aumento da eficiência operacional.Principais responsabilidades:Gerir os Serviços Compartilhados, garantido eficiência, qualidade, produtividade, padronização e cumprimento dos normativos.Liderar os processos operacionais centralizados, envolvendo cadastro, contas, capital, crédito, produtos e serviços e rotinas administrativas.Acompanhar indicadores, custos e resultados operacionais, gerando informações gerenciais para apoiar decisões e o atendimento às agências.Promover qualidade e melhoria contínua, identificando falhas e oportunidades, revisando fluxos, manuais e planos de ação.Impulsionar automação e inovação, em parceria com as áreas responsáveis, buscando maior agilidade, eficiência e resolutividade dos processos.Atuar como referência técnica, orientando e capacitando as equipes dos Serviços Compartilhados e das agências.Desenvolver e liderar a equipe, acompanhando desempenho, PDI, talentos e sucessores, fortalecendo a cultura e os valores do Sicredi.Garantir conformidade e segurança operacional, assegurando a correta aplicação dos normativos, controles internos e Código de Conduta.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesFormação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis ou áreas correlatas;Diferencial: Especialização/MBA concluído;Experiência em gestão de operações e processos, com atuação em ambientes de agência e/ou serviços compartilhados.Conhecimento em cadastro, crédito, produtos e serviços financeiros;Conhecimento em gestão, padronização e melhoria contínua de processos;Habilidade em liderança de equipes e gestão de indicadores;Capacidade relacional, visão sistêmica e foco em eficiência operacional;Conhecimento do sistema financeiro e, preferencialmente, do modelo cooperativista Sicredi;Disponibilidade para residir em Campo Grande/MS.Informações adicionaisSalário compatível com o mercado;Vale alimentação/refeição;Remuneração variável;Plano de saúde e odontológico;Auxílio creche;Gympass;Dentre outros benefícios.
