Estamos em busca de um(a) Gerente de Negócios PJ para atuar no desenvolvimento e fortalecimento do relacionamento com associados pessoa jurídica, identificando oportunidades, oferecendo soluções financeiras alinhadas às necessidades dos negócios e contribuindo para o crescimento sustentável da Cooperativa e de seus associados. Responsabilidades e atribuições Gerir e desenvolver a carteira de associados Pessoa Jurídica;Prospectar novos associados e identificar oportunidades de negócios;Ofertar soluções financeiras alinhadas às necessidades de cada empresa;Realizar visitas de relacionamento e negócios, fortalecendo a proximidade com associados e prospects;Monitorar os indicadores da carteira, apoiando o alcance dos resultados e a sustentabilidade dos negócios;Atuar na prevenção e gestão da inadimplência, buscando soluções adequadas para cada associado;Incentivar a utilização dos canais digitais e soluções de autoatendimento;Garantir a atualização cadastral e a conformidade das informações dos associados;Fortalecer a experiência cooperativista por meio de um relacionamento próximo e consultivo;Contribuir para o crescimento da Cooperativa por meio da geração de negócios sustentáveis e do desenvolvimento contínuo de conhecimentos e competências.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesResidir na Região Metropolitana do Recife;Formação superior completa em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas afins;Obrigatório Certificação Anbima ativa (CPro-R);Domínio das soluções financeiras da Pessoa Jurídica (PJ);Experiência profissional em atividades em Instituição Financeira ou similar de mercado;

Habilidade de negociação, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Perfil proativo, consultivo e orientado para resultados;Capacidade de análise de indicadores e identificação de oportunidades de negócio;Disponibilidade para realização de visitas externas e deslocamentos;Conhecimento do Pacote Office e ferramentas digitais de apoio à gestão de negócios.
