Buscamos um(a) Assessor(a) de Pessoas e Cultura (Business Partner) para atuar de forma estratégica junto às lideranças da cooperativa, promovendo o alinhamento entre as iniciativas de gestão de pessoas e os objetivos do negócio.Essa posição é responsável por apoiar gestores na tomada de decisões relacionadas à gestão de pessoas, atuando como consultor(a) interno(a) e parceiro(a) estratégico(a), contribuindo para o desenvolvimento de equipes, fortalecimento da cultura organizacional, atração e retenção de talentos, gestão de desempenho e ações de desenvolvimento humano e organizacional.Se você possui perfil consultivo, visão sistêmica, capacidade de influência e experiência em processos de Pessoas e Cultura, essa oportunidade pode ser para você!Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesAtuar como Business Partner, apoiando gestores e lideranças na gestão estratégica de pessoas;Realizar consultoria interna em temas relacionados aos subsistemas de Pessoas e Cultura;Acompanhar a jornada do colaborador, promovendo uma experiência alinhada à cultura e aos valores da cooperativa;Conduzir processos seletivos de posições estratégicas, em parceria com gestores;Apoiar ações de desenvolvimento de lideranças, equipes e sucessão;Atuar na análise e acompanhamento de indicadores de Pessoas e Cultura, propondo melhorias contínuas;Apoiar a gestão de desempenho, clima organizacional, engajamento e desenvolvimento organizacional;Facilitar a gestão de conflitos e contribuir para a construção de ambientes colaborativos e saudáveis;Conduzir projetos e iniciativas relacionadas à estratégia de Pessoas e Cultura;Garantir a aplicação das políticas, práticas e diretrizes institucionais de Pessoas e Cultura.Requisitos e qualificaçõesExperiência consolidada nos subsistemas de Pessoas e Cultura ;Vivência na atuação como Business Partner e/ou Gestão (3 anos);Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;CNH categoria B válida.FormaçãoEnsino superior completo em Psicologia, Administração, Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou áreas correlatas;Pós-graduação ou MBA em andamento ou concluído.Conhecimentos e habilidadesProcessos e rotinas de Pessoas e Cultura;Legislação trabalhista;Gestão de projetos e processos;Indicadores de desempenho e análise de dados;Desenvolvimento organizacional;Consultoria interna;Relacionamento interpessoal e gestão de conflitos;Comunicação, influência e negociação;Planejamento e visão estratégica.DiferenciaisConhecimento sobre o modelo cooperativista;Experiência no segmento financeiro ou cooperativas de crédito;Vivência em projetos de transformação cultural e desenvolvimento organizacional.Informações adicionaisAtuação com abrangência nos estados de Mato Grosso, Pará e Amapá;Disponibilidade para viagens frequentes;Modelo de atuação com forte interação junto às lideranças e equipes das cooperativas;Oportunidade de contribuir para o desenvolvimento de pessoas e resultados do negócio, fortalecendo a cultura cooperativista.Aqui, acreditamos que as pessoas são protagonistas dos resultados.
