📍 Atuação em Barra Funda- Rio Grande do SulSe você busca desenvolvimento, se motiva por desafios e quer crescer em um ambiente colaborativo, essa vaga é para você!Para você, colega interno, além dos requisitos da vaga, será analisado a sua avaliação de desempenho + Feedback + PDI.Ahhh e não esqueça de comunicar seu gestor do interesse na oportunidade Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesRealizar o acolhimento e o primeiro atendimento aos associados, identificando suas necessidades e direcionando-os para a melhor solução ou canal de atendimento;Executar atendimentos presenciais e digitais relacionados às demandas de baixa complexidade;Efetuar operações de caixa, como recebimentos, pagamentos, depósitos, saques e demais movimentações financeiras;Realizar abertura, fechamento e conferência de caixa, observando os procedimentos e normas vigentes;Apoiar o controle e a movimentação de numerário da agência;Registrar os atendimentos e atividades nos sistemas da Cooperativa, garantindo a rastreabilidade das informações;Prestar suporte às rotinas administrativas e operacionais da agência;Orientar associados sobre o uso dos canais e soluções digitais do Sicredi;Zelar pela organização, segurança e conformidade dos processos sob sua responsabilidade;Contribuir para a promoção de uma experiência positiva e cooperativa aos associados;Requisitos e qualificações Requisitos obrigatórios:Ensino superior em andamento ou concluído;Vivência com atendimento ao público;Conhecimento básico do Pacote Office;Boa comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal;Será um diferencial:Experiência em operações de caixa ou atendimento em instituições financeiras;Certificação ANBIMA CPA ou CPRO-R;Conhecimento sobre produtos e serviços financeiros;Familiaridade com canais e soluções digitais;Buscamos alguém que tenha:Foco no associado e na sua experiência;Organização e atenção aos detalhes;Responsabilidade e comprometimento com processos;Agilidade e proatividade;Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe;Interesse em aprender e se desenvolver continuamente;Capacidade de adaptação e boa comunicação;
