Buscamos uma pessoa Engenheira de Dados SR, em uma oportunidade preferencialmente voltada para mulheres, para atuar com integração, engenharia, governança e disponibilização de dados. A posição terá forte atuação técnica na construção e evolução de pipelines, ingestões, data marts, tabelas e dashboards, além da tradução de necessidades de negócio em soluções de dados. Também terá papel de liderança técnica, mentoria e colaboração com diferentes áreas, contribuindo para a qualidade, escalabilidade e evolução da estratégia de dados.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Integrar e automatizar novas fontes de dados ao data lake e data warehouse, garantindo dados acessíveis e utilizáveis.Criar, manter e otimizar pipelines e processos de ingestão de dados, com foco em qualidade, performance, sustentabilidade e custo.Desenvolver integrações de fontes e bancos de dados de alta complexidade.Criar e manter data marts, schemas e tabelas nas camadas raw, trusted e refined.Garantir a qualidade, consistência, segurança e governança dos dados, apoiando sua documentação e catalogação.Traduzir regras e necessidades de negócio em requisitos e soluções técnicas de dados.Construir tabelas e dashboards avançados para apoiar análises e geração de insights.Trabalhar em parceria com analistas, cientistas de dados, engenharia de software e áreas de negócio.Apoiar análises avançadas, modelagem preditiva e iniciativas de machine learning.Atuar como referência técnica, promovendo mentorias, capacitações e apoio no onboarding de novas pessoas do time.Compartilhar conhecimentos e boas práticas, contribuindo para a evolução técnica da equipe e da estratégia de dados.Identificar e implementar melhorias em processos, ferramentas e metodologias, buscando maior eficiência, qualidade e escalabilidade.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesConhecimento em SQL e Python para otimização de fluxos de trabalho complexos de processamento de dados.Domínio de técnicas de modelagem de dados para projetar esquemas de dados eficientes.Ampla experiência com ferramentas de virtualização de dados como Denodo para acesso federado a dados.Proficiência em Teradata para gerenciamento de data warehouses e análises em grande escala.Conhecimento avançado de Databricks para construção e gerenciamento de pipelines de big data.Habilidades de liderança para liderar iniciativas e orientar membros da equipe.Pensamento estratégico para arquitetar soluções de dados escaláveis e eficientes.Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e gerenciamento de partes interessadas em todos os níveis da organização.Capacidade de navegar por desafios técnicos complexos e fornecer soluções eficazes.Resiliência e adaptabilidade para prosperar em um ambiente dinâmico e de ritmo acelerado.Forte pensamento analítico e habilidades avançadas de resolução de problemas.Conformidade regulatória (LGPD/GDPR).Conhecimento avançado em arquiteturas modernas de dados.
