Responsabilidades e atribuições - Gerenciar e desenvolver a carteira de associados Pessoa Física, fortalecendo o relacionamento e identificando oportunidades de negócios.- Realizar atendimento consultivo, compreendendo os objetivos e as necessidades dos associados para oferecer soluções financeiras adequadas ao seu perfil.- Prospectar novos associados e desenvolver parcerias, ampliando a presença da cooperativa na comunidade.- Planejar e realizar visitas, contatos e ações comerciais, acompanhando oportunidades e resultados da carteira.- Atuar na oferta de produtos e serviços financeiros, como crédito, investimentos, seguros, consórcios e meios de pagamento.- Acompanhar indicadores e executar planos de ação para o alcance das metas e a geração de resultados sustentáveis.- Atuar em parceria com a equipe da agência, observando as normas internas e os princípios do cooperativismo.

Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino superior completo ou em andamento em Administração, Ciências Contábeis, Economia, Gestão Comercial ou áreas correlatas; Possuir veículo próprio; Experiência comercial com atendimento, relacionamento com clientes e negociação de produtos e serviços financeiros; Conhecimento de soluções financeiras para Pessoa Física, incluindo crédito e investimentos; Habilidade para prospectar negócios, identificar necessidades e construir relacionamentos de confiança; Capacidade de organização e planejamento para gestão de carteira e acompanhamento de indicadores; Comunicação clara, escuta ativa e postura colaborativa; Orientação para resultados, com responsabilidade na oferta de soluções e atenção à experiência do associado.

Será um diferencial

Experiência na gestão de carteira em instituições financeiras; Vivência em cooperativas de crédito; Certificação profissional CPA (antiga CPA-10) ou C-PRO R (antiga CPA-20), compatível com as atividades da posição; Conhecimento do mercado e da comunidade de atuação da agência.
