The Begin Srl è una realtà alberghiera in continua crescita, specializzata nella gestione e valorizzazione di boutique hotel caratterizzati da una forte identità, qualità dell'accoglienza e attenzione all'esperienza dell'ospite.

Per supportare il percorso di sviluppo e consolidamento del business, Sida Advisory ricerca un/una Sales & Marketing Manager proveniente dal settore alberghiero, capace di integrare competenze commerciali, di revenue management e di marketing strategico, contribuendo alla crescita dei ricavi e al posizionamento del brand sul mercato.

Il Ruolo

Come Sales & Marketing Manager guiderai la strategia commerciale della collezione, con l’obiettivo di aumentare visibilità, domanda diretta e redditività di tutte le strutture. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con la Direzione, i Resident Manager degli hotel e tutte le funzioni Corporate.

Principali Responsabilità

Sales & Business Development

  • Definire e implementare il piano commerciale della collezione.
  • Sviluppare relazioni strategiche con partner commerciali e cura dei key accounts.
  • Individuare nuove opportunità di business e nuovi segmenti di mercato.
  • Monitorare costantemente i KPI commerciali e di vendita.

Revenue Management & Distribution

  • Definire, collaborando con l’ufficio revenue, le strategie tariffarie e di pricing delle strutture.
  • Gestire e ottimizzare i canali distributivi online e offline.
  • Monitorare il posizionamento competitivo e i trend di mercato.

Marketing Strategico

  • Collaborare con l’ufficio marketing interno per pianificare e coordinare attività di marketing online e offline, definire campagne promozionali.
  • Monitorare i risultati delle campagne e garantire coerenza e valorizzazione dell'identità dei singoli hotel e della collezione.

Requisiti

  • Esperienza di almeno 7-10 anni in ruoli analoghi all'interno di gruppi alberghieri, boutique hotel, resort o strutture di fascia medio-alta.
  • Solida conoscenza delle dinamiche di Sales, Revenue Management e Distribution nel settore hospitality.
  • Esperienza nell'utilizzo di RMS, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine e principali piattaforme distributive.
  • Ottime capacità di analisi dei dati e orientamento ai risultati.
  • Doti comunicative e proattività.
  • Conoscenza del digital marketing.
  • Forte attitudine commerciale e capacità negoziale.
  • Conoscenza approfondita del mercato turistico nazionale e internazionale.
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
  • Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti.
  • Network consolidato di contatti nel settore hospitality e travel.
  • Preferibile conoscenza di una seconda lingua

Cosa Offriamo

  • CCNL TURISIMO – LIVELLO QUADRO – RANGE DI RAL tra € 70.000 e € 75.000, commisurato all'esperienza maturata + MBO.
  • Sede di lavoro: ANCONA (modalità ibrida, con possibilità di alloggio nelle strutture in loco durante le trasferte).
