本ポジションでは、日本国内のプレイヤーから寄せられるゲームに関するお問い合わせに対応し、快適なゲーム体験をサポートしていただきます。日々の業務では、メールやチケットシステムを通じて寄せられるお問い合わせに対応していただき、1日あたり60～80件程度の対応を想定しております。

カスタマーサポート未経験の方も歓迎しております。ゲームが好きな方、人をサポートすることにやりがいを感じる方であれば、業務を通じて必要なスキルを身につけていただけます。ゲームへの情熱を活かしながら、プレイヤー体験を支える重要なポジションに挑戦してみませんか。

勤務時間：10:00～19:00

勤務地：四ツ谷オフィスまたは大塚オフィス

勤務形態：出社勤務

プロジェクト開始日：12月4日

Requirements

必須条件

・PC操作がスムーズにできる方

・日本語ネイティブレベル

歓迎

・テレマーケティングまたはコールセンターでの勤務経験がある方

・少なくとも0～２年のカスタマーサービス経験（あれば尚可）

・電子メールコンタクトセンター環境でのテクニカルサポート経験（あれば尚可）

・適切なスピードかつガイドラインに沿って、正確に情報を分析・解決できる方

・メールおよびチャットを通じて、優れたカスタマーサービスを提供できる方

・PC／コンソール／モバイルなどに関する深いトラブルシューティングやサポートができる方
