  • Strong Unreal Engine 5 proficiency, including level assembly, greyboxing, gameplay implementation, and iteration.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, incorporate feedback quickly, and maintain production quality standards.
  • Experience building large landmark or destination-style spaces that serve as key player objectives and points of interest.
  • Excellent speaking communication skills in English.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience designing and building levels for action, RPG, co-op, or first-person games.
  • Proven track record creating playable greyboxes/blockouts that successfully transition into final production content.
  • Experience working with modular kits and level-building systems.
  • Understanding of procedural content generation workflows and how level design supports randomized gameplay experiences.

  • Experience working within multidisciplinary development teams and following established production pipelines.
  • Shipped title experience or substantial production experience on PC/console game projects is strongly preferred.

Nice to haves:

  • Dark fantasy, RPG, or dungeon/environment-focused level design.
  • Experience designing content intended for repeatable runs and live-service style replayability.
  • Familiarity with performance considerations and gameplay-driven environment construction.

Benefits

  • Competitive Salary.
  • Dynamic, multicultural and fun environment.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
