Testeur Senior, Assurance Qualité Fonctionnel - Jeux Mobiles Montréal, Canada Side Montréal est à la recherche urgente de testeurs seniors expérimentés en assurance qualité pour soutenir l’un de nos clients à Montréal. Le candidat idéal est un joueur d’équipe collaboratif, passionné par la qualité, capable de s’épanouir dans un environnement dynamique et d’accompagner le développement professionnel des membres plus juniors de l’équipe. Une expérience préalable en tests de jeux mobiles est essentielle.

Requirements

Ce que nous recherchons

  • Maîtrise professionnelle de l’anglais requise. Une connaissance de base du français est considérée comme un atout afin de faciliter la communication et la collaboration lorsque nécessaire.
  • Possede de 1 a 2 ans d'experience en QA de jeux mobiles sur des projets en service ou deja lances.
  • Execute les cas de test avec rigueur, documente les resultats et identifie les ambiguities ou ecarts.
  • Experience de validation sur plateformes Android et iOS, incluant differents appareils et versions de systemes d'exploitation.
  • A l'aise avec l'installation de versions de test, la capture de videos et la collecte de journaux techniques (ADB/logcat, console iOS).
  • Bonne connaissance de l'environnement Unity, de ses defis courants et des processus de gestion des builds.
  • Experience en tests multijoueurs en ligne, notamment pour la connectivite reseau, la latence, les desynchronisations et la coordination de scenarios de test impliquant plusieurs participants.

Senior Tester, Functional QA - Mobile Games

Montreal, Canada

Side Montreal is urgently seeking experienced Senior Quality Assurance Testers to support one of our clients in Montreal. The ideal candidate is a collaborative team player who is passionate about quality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys mentoring and developing junior team members. Previous experience testing mobile games is essential.

*This role is an on-call contract with full-time availability requirements from Monday – Friday*

*The initial assignment is expected to last approximately two months, with the possibility of extension*

What we’re looking for

  • Professional proficiency in English is required. Basic proficiency in French is preferred to facilitate communication and collaboration when required.
  • 1-2 years of mobile game QA experience on live or shipped titles.
  • Executes test cases accurately; records pass/fail/blocked results and raises ambiguities.
  • Experience testing across Android and iOS devices, OS versions, and common mobile scenarios.
  • Comfortable installing test builds, capturing recordings, and gathering logs (ADB/logcat, iOS console).
  • Tested Unity games and familiar with common Unity issues and build management.
  • Experience with online multiplayer testing, including connectivity, latency, desync, and multi-player test coordination.
