Founding AI Engineer

## Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Founding AI Engineer to join our team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that align with our company's mission. This position requires a forward-thinking individual with a passion for AI technologies who can drive our projects from inception to completion.

## Responsibilities - Design and develop AI models and algorithms to solve complex business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems. - Conduct research to advance the company's AI capabilities and stay updated with industry trends. - Optimize and scale AI models for production use while ensuring high performance and reliability. - Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices for AI development.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field. - Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C++. - Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex AI concepts effectively.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques. - Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision technologies.

## Experience - Minimum of 1 year of experience in AI engineering or a related field, with a track record of successful AI project implementations.

## Environment - This is a full-time position based in Bangalore. The work environment is collaborative, innovative, and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to make significant contributions to cutting-edge AI projects.
