LE SIDEP et le SIDERE RECRUTENT

SECRÉTAIRE \- BOURSIER(E) 50 – 90 %

Le SIDEP assure l'exploitation et le développement des réseaux d'eau potable de 9 communes. Le SIDERE quant à lui assure l’exploitation d’un réseau d’eau pour 12 Communes autour de .

Pour renforcer son équipe basée à Saint\-Oyens, le SIDEP recherche un·e secrétaire\-boursier(e) à 50 %.

Pour compléter son équipe basée à Perroy, le SIDERE recherche un(e) boursier(e) à 30\-40 %.

Vos missions

Assurer les tâches administratives courantes et la permanence téléphonique. (SIDEP)Assurer le secrétariat du Comité de direction, notamment la rédaction des procès\-verbaux. (SIDEP)Tenir la comptabilité générale selon MCH2, fournisseurs et dé le suivi des paiements, encaissements, rappels et à l'élaboration du budget et des comptes annuels.Réalisation de l’ensemble des opérations de clôture annuelle des comptes,Gestion du bilan et du suivi des investissements,Gérer les abonnements et la facturation des consommations d'eau.Établir les décomptes TVA et effectuer les réconciliations des débiteurs et gestion des contentieux,

Votre profil

Brevet fédéral de spécialiste en finances et comptabilité ou titre jugé équivalent, Formation et expérience en secré îtrise du modèle comptable harmonisé , rigueur et sens de l' dans les contacts et discré expérience dans le domaine communal ou de la gestion de l'eau constitue un atout.

Informations pratiques

Taux d'activité 50 % au SIDEP et 30\-40 % au SIDERE

Lieu de travail Saint\-Oyens (commune de Gimel) et Perroy

Entrée en fonction 1ᵉʳ janvier 2027 ou à convenir
