Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst und entwickelst unser Team Quality & Test Engineering und schaffst die Voraussetzungen für höchste Produkt- und Prozessqualität.
  • Du verantwortest die Qualitätsvorausplanung – von der Prozessentwicklung bis zur Serienfertigung.
  • Du stellst die Wirksamkeit unserer Prüf-, Test- und Validierungskonzepte sicher und entwickelst diese kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Du analysierst Qualitätskennzahlen, identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale und leitest nachhaltige Korrektur- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen ein.
  • Du unterstützt die Produktion bei komplexen Qualitätsfragen und förderst eine offene, lösungsorientierte Fehlerkultur.
  • Du verantwortest das Prüfmittelmanagement und stellst die Einhaltung qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen in Produktion und Lager sicher.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit internen und externen Partnern zusammen und treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung unserer Qualitätsprozesse aktiv voran.

Dein Profil

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH oder Universität) im Bereich Elektronik, Mechatronik, Maschinenbau oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
  • Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement eines produzierenden Unternehmens mit sowie in der Führung und Entwicklung von Mitarbeitenden.
  • Du verfügst über fundierte Kenntnisse in Qualitätsmethoden wie FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, Six Sigma etc.
  • Du hast gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Qualitätsnormen und Qualitätsmanagementsysteme, idealerweise ISO 9001 und ISO 13485.
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, analytisch und lösungsorientiert.
