We are actively searching for talented bilingual Japanese-speaking individuals to join our client's teams. If you possess a keen eye for detail and can effortlessly navigate the realms of language and transaction processes, this role provides an exceptional chance to create a meaningful influence.

Siegen Solutions specializes in partnering with multinational clients across diverse industries, catering to candidates proficient in English and another language such as Japanese, Korean, Thai, Chinese, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, or German. Our expertise extends to three key domains: Corporate Function, Technology, and Business Process Outsourcing.

Responsibilities:

  • Role will revolve around performing and transactional data processing tasks.
  • Act as knowledge recipient and subject matter expert for identified transactional tasks.
  • Performs a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function
  • Assists in the identification, assessment, and resolution of complex issues/problems
  • Required to assess and resolve non-standard/standard issues/problems largely on own initiative
  • Decides within an available range of solutions/practices, which are the most applicable
  • Makes decisions within parameters set by manager, using job/specialist experience
  • Seeks advise and escalates issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job
  • As appropriate may directly supervise or coordinate the work of others in a discrete section/small team
  • Coaches inexperienced team members and provides first level advice on procedures/work methods

Requirements:

  • Japanese proficiency - N1-N2
  • With experience on any of these domains: Finance/Accounting/Human Resources
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Highly trainable
  • Minimum 5 years work experience
  • With relevant business related work experience - BPO experience - Good to have
  • Knowledge in MS Office, Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Domain Knowledge - Good to have SAP knowledge, If not, to be upskilled during onboarding
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in managing a small to medium scale team
  • Responsibility and accuracy in the completion of received tasks
  • Ability to solve urgent matters and work under pressure
  • Accurate, efficient, and organized within daily responsibilities
  • Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
  • Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to impose herself/himself in front of the team through exceptional knowledge of the business and coaching skills
  • Must be a good team player and be able to communicate easily with the client and third parties staff at all levels.
