Your Role:

Buscamos un/a Facilities Maintenance Specialist para incorporarse al área de ingeniería, con el objetivo de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las instalaciones y utilities de la planta.

La posición estará enfocada en la ejecución y gestión de trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo, así como en la operación y control de las plantas de utilities e instalaciones, garantizando su disponibilidad y correcto funcionamiento de acuerdo con los estándares GMP, SHE, medioambientales y procedimientos internos.

Entre sus principales responsabilidades estarán:

• Realizar de forma autónoma trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo de tipo eléctrico, mecáni-co y neumático en equipos de utilities, edificios e instalaciones. • Operar y controlar las plantas de utilities e instalaciones: vapor, aire comprimido, HVAC, tratamiento y distribución de aguas, silos, cuadros eléctricos de distribución y alumbrado, gas natural, grupos electróge-nos, bombas contra incendios y planta de aguas residuales. • Proponer medidas de eficiencia y mejoras técnicas en los equipos, instalaciones y edificios bajo su res-ponsabilidad. • Asegurar el cumplimiento de los criterios GMP, SHE, medioambientales, así como de las normas y proce-dimientos vigentes en planta. • Gestionar y supervisar los trabajos de mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo realizados por personal ex-terno, incluyendo la tramitación de los correspondientes permisos y órdenes de trabajo. • Gestionar avisos, órdenes de trabajo, recambios y planes de mantenimiento preventivo mediante SAP y otros sistemas informáticos, asegurando su correcta actualización. • Analizar las causas de averías recurrentes mediante RCA. • Dar soporte en la investigación de desviaciones asociadas a equipos e instalaciones de infraestructuras y proponer las correspondientes acciones CAPA. • Contribuir a la identificación e implantación de mejoras energéticas que permitan aumentar la eficiencia de las instalaciones y procesos.

Your Profile:

  • Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio o Superior en rama técnica con experiencia previa en una posición similar.
  • Conocimientos técnicos de mantenimiento eléctrico, mecánico y neumático.
  • Conocimientos de operación y mantenimiento de instalaciones y utilities industriales.
  • Valorable experiencia en gestión de mantenimiento mediante SAP.
  • Capacidad para trabajar de forma autónoma y gestionar intervenciones de personal externo.
