Your Role:

En Siegfried El Masnou, estamos buscando un/a QA Ops Admin (Temporal) para efectuar el trabajo administrativo del departamento de QA OPERATIONS, reportando al QA Officer Supervisor y funcionalmente al QA Operations Head.

Tus funciones principales serán las siguientes:

- Cumplir con las regulaciones de Seguridad y Medio Ambiente en el Área de QAOP.

-Apoyo administrativo general: se encarga de las tareas administrativas generales y mantiene los procesos administrativos también en caso de ausencia del responsable directo/miembros del equipo.

-Informa, asesora y apoya al equipo y a los asociados ajenos al equipo sobre procesos, directrices y servicios específicos del departamento.

-Procesos de trabajo en la propia área de responsabilidad: Apoya la optimización de los procesos actuales y/o introducción de procesos nuevos o modificados.

-Gestión de tareas de proyectos administrativos con contenido y plazos claramente definidos.

- Actuar como miembro del equipo en proyectos administrativos y gestiona la parte administrativa de tareas especiales.

- Realizar tareas relacionadas con la destrucción de la documentación definida en el Retention Schedule del área de QA Operations con la supervisión del QA Officer Supervisor.

- Destrucción física en informática de Muestroteca.

- Efectuar pedidos de análisis externos, equipos de protección y material de oficina para los departamentos del àrea de QA Operations.

- Dar soporte en determinadas actividades del área de envasado y packaging (Gestión y almacenaje de unidades de muestroteca, emisión de hojas de RI / RW,…).

Your Profile:

Requisitos:

Estudios: CFGS, Bachillerato o similar.

Informática a nivel de usuario (tratamiento de textos,presentaciones, bases de datos).

Idiomas: Español e Inglés Avanzado.

Experiencia: Mínimo 1 año en puesto similar
